“ A hidden gem in small town in Ardèche. We went there: 2 adults, 2 teenagers, taking various dishes and a menu. Service by the owner, kitchen by his wife. Only a few tables available, all on terrace, respecting corona safety measures. Reservation is a must! I had an excellent menu with a salmon terrine and an excellent fresh sauce, followed by a porc piece, again a lovely fresh bell pepper sauce and potatoes with chorizo, a hint of spicy, just excellent although I normally don't eat porc. I finished with a little cake with creamy chestnut ice-cream. Service was nice and fast enough but not hurried, very friendly. Lovely wine to accompany the dinner. Really nice location, next to te castle. ”
